NW Shines in Energy Efficiency
Oregon, California, and Washington are among the top seven states in a ranking of US energy efficiency. Idaho is at No. 20. Energy conservation is smart policy because it's the cheapest form of new power. When it comes to creating more energy, renewable is the answer as Oregon is showing with a new wind turbine producer.
