Too bad the provincial government's aggressive road expansion policies more than offset the meager carbon tax.

Well ... not quite 'nuf said yet!

This particular climate policy even ranked higher than the Western Climate Initiative, by a whopping 39 per cent! Yikes!!

Now 'nuf said!?
