The Daily Score

Let the dialogue begin!

Comments are working again.

Happy KidWe launched the new Daily Score site with the promise that our readers could comment without logging in, making it easier and faster to tell us what you think. But the spammers found us, fast, and we had to temporarily disable commenting on the Daily Score.

But we are up and running now (with a feature that makes you prove you are a real person). So comment away! Let the dialogue begin.

I'm happy to hear that commuters in Canada are increasingly using transit, bikes and their feet instead of cars. Here in Portland I used transit and bike for years -- until I got a great job in Salem, a full hour to the south. So I have regressed to a car -- but with five fellow carpoolers we are containing our carbon footprint quite nicely. In my quest for the Diamond Cut Life (more joy and community, less consumption) I call mine the Six Carat Commute. More at http://alison97215.wordpress.com
