Sightline's Sponsorship Policy

Sightline does not solicit paid advertisements. But we do occasionally acknowledge people and organizations who support our work in various ways. In this spirit, we sometimes acknowledge our donors and partner organizations on our website and in our email communications.

Sightline maintains complete discretion regarding the selection and placement of advertisements and sponsorship acknowledgements. We reserve the right to decline any ad or acknowledgement provided to us based on: content we believe to be false or exploitative, content or entities that are incongruous with Sightline’s mission or activities, imagery or design that do not fit with Sightline’s websites or email products, and/or are related to any political candidates or parties. We believe Sightline’s readers to be critical enough to evaluate advertising claims for themselves.

Sponsorship opportunities usually include promotion of Sightline in some form that is equivalent to the number of ad placements in Sightline products.

If you have any questions regarding Sightline’s sponsorship policy, or wish to pursue a sponsorship opportunity, please contact Eric Hess (erich@sightline.org).
