		<description><![CDATA[Dr. Victor Frankenstein created the monster, who is unnamed in Shelley&#039;s book. 

So the name Frankenstorm should focus the public&#039;s attention on those of us creating the monster, not the monster itself. Of course, the public generally believes the monster was named Frankenstein, so perhaps the usage is appropriate and effective.

There are other interesting literary connections, as the book ends in the frozen area near the North Pole - areas that may be melting thanks to the climate crisis.]]></description>
