		<description><![CDATA[Jennifer,I have really valued this series you are doing.  In defense of those at the state who would be doing this work, their entire budget was cut last year.  There is no one left dedicated to this kind of research.  As a consumer of this information, I am grateful that Sightline is stepping in.  It&#039;s too late to reinstate funding for state energy policy research this budget cylce, but it&#039;s not too late to tell your elected officials that it is a valued activity that should be included when the economy recovers.You are doing a great job on this, Jennifer, and I look forward to more on this topic!]]></description>
